The set begins with a sterling silver base band, engraved with a rugged mountain silhouette. Above it, a pair of tracer bands mirrors the rising ridgelines—one crafted in your choice of yellow gold, rose gold, or sterling silver, and the other in luminous 10k white gold set with shimmering lab-created diamonds. Completing the look is The Plains Band, a diamond band featuring a matching diamond pattern that echoes the contour of the tracer above.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: custom, personalized, or made to order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Return process

To start a return, please contact us at info@seeversjewelers.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to porcess and post the refund.

Shipping policy

At Silver Peak Rings, every piece is custom made with care and craftsmanship. Because of the personalized nature of our jewelry, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped.

Production time

Each item is made to order. Most pieces are ready to ship within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current production volume. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer standard shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS and tracked once your order is on its way.

Please note that shipping times refer to the delivery time after your piece has been completed.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the US, please contact us directly to to discuss other options.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery times are out of our control. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first. We're happy to assist with filing claims if needed.

All of our jewelry is made to order. Production can take up to 4 weeks depending on the piece. By placing an order, you acknowledge this timeline and understand that estimated delivery dates may vary.

Custom, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods offered through Shopify. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

Shipping timesles include both production time and carrier deliver time.f See our Shipping Poiicy for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
